How to Grant Scalebay Access to Your Facebook Business Manager

Step 1: Go to Business Settings

Visit business.facebook.com/settings.
Select the correct Business Manager using the dropdown at the top left.

Step 2: Access the “Partners” Section

In the left-hand menu:
Users → Partners
Click + Add, then select Give a partner access.

Step 3: Add Scalebay’s Business ID

Paste this ID: 1169885218168198
Then click Next.

Step 4: Assign Access and Permissions

Select the assets to share and assign the appropriate permissions.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: It is possible that you are not allowed to share the app.
Don’t worry — if you grant Full control on the Ad Account, we’ll be able to assign the app ourselves.

Click Save.

Step 5: Notify Us

Meta’s emails sometimes go to spam.
Once access is granted, please let us know directly (via Slack, WhatsApp, or hello@scalebay.io).
